When you really start to think about it, there’s something magical about photography. Every monumental step in your life is surrounded by a handful of things- your family, your friends, some type of achievement and a camera to capture it all. Launching a new brand for our company was definitely one of those monumental moments, and rightfully so a camera was in place.
The most interesting part of this particular photo shoot was that it documented the beginning of the end in many ways. Our work in the office that day marked one of the last days we would all be considered “YOLO,” with the launch of Hatchit right around the corner. And because it took place on December 30, 2014, it was one of the last times we were all together before the new year.
The day filled the office with laughter, a few yelps to try to get the dogs to cooperate and stop fighting, and a 90’s photo shoot playlist. I have to say it was one of my favorite days in the office so far. Nothing better than a group of fun-loving individuals and their playful pups to call your co-workers. The results of the photo shoot, as you can see, are proof of just that.
